Enable this option if you want to make the status bar visible. By default, this option is enabled.

When this option is enabled, you will be able to see a highlighted and annotated item of your design after you have clicked on this item in the Schema Pane. This could be, for example, a column or the borders of a table. The highlighted and annotated item appears in the PDF View Pane.

The Split Mask shows what the image processing algorithm actually sees. The Split Mask is relevant only to the Split object. When the Split Mask is enabled, you can see different bits in green and red in your PDF document. In the Find line or edges method, red parts show the result after the gaps have been filled (the Fill Gaps property), green parts display the result of eliminating lines that are shorter than the value of the Minimum Edge Length property. In the Find objects method, the mask highlights non-background areas, as defined in the Background Color and Tolerance properties.

The Split Mask may be helpful in more advanced scenarios, in which you may need to fine-tune parameters so that the splitter can correctly identify split positions.

This option detects certain items in the design of your PDF document and suggests importing these parts of the design into the Schema Pane, where you can go on to configure and modify the structure of your template. For example, the PDF Extractor can detect a table and suggest importing this table structure into the Schema Pane, which is particularly advantageous, because you will not have to define the table structure manually.
