Find Duplicate Files Commads
This topic describes menu commands that are specific to the Find Duplicate Files feature.
The menu commands Delete Selected Duplicate File and Delete All Other Occurrences of Selected File enable you to deal with individual files. To find out more about these and other actions you can perform on duplicate files, see Actions for Files.
The menu command Delete Duplicate Files from Selected Directory enables you to do the following: If a file has duplicates outside of the selected folder, the file can be deleted automatically from the selected folder, and the file's duplicates from other folders will be preserved. If all the duplicates of a file are located in the selected directory, these duplicate files can only be deleted manually.
If a file has duplicates outside of the selected directory, you can delete these duplicates using the Delete All Other Occurrences of Files in Selected Directory command.
