Form Controls
There are two types of controls for fillable PDF forms:
•Data-input controls: (i) input fields, (ii) multiline input fields, (iii) check boxes, and (iv) radio buttons. These controls take user input as form data.
•Action controls: buttons that perform various actions, which range from the navigation of the form, through data resets, to submission of data to remote servers.
