Insert | XML
The Insert | XML 
command is available in Grid View only, and inserts a row for the XML declaration before the selected item. You must insert the child attributes of the XML declaration and the values of this attribute. An XML declaration must look something like this:

| Note: | Since an XML document may only contain one XML declaration at the very top of the file, this command should only be used with the topmost row selected and if an XML declaration does not already exist. |
