Description:

This event gets triggered only for placeholder controls with a PlaceholderWindowID of Authentic DesktopXProjectWindow (=3). The event is fired  whenever the project content changes between modified and unmodified state. The parameter i_bIsModifed is true if the project contents differs from the original content, and false, otherwise.
