Altova Cloud Portal

After logging in successfully, you will be taken to one of the following pages:

 

The Select an Account page if you are a member of more than one account or are not a member of any account

The Account Overview page if you are a member of one account only

 

Note:If you are an account member (not an administrator) and have been granted access to one or more apps, then you will be taken straightaway to the Select an App page of that account (where you can select which app you want to open). If you are an account member and have not been granted access to any app, then you will be taken to the Select an Account page.        

 

 

Navigate the two top levels

The top two navigation levels after login are described briefly below:

 

Login  --->  Select an Account  <--->  Account Overview

 

 

Select an Account page

The Select an Account page displays all the accounts that you have joined. On this page, you can do the following:

 

Create a new account

Go to one of the accounts listed on the page

Log out of the Altova Cloud Portal

 

 

Account Overview page (Account Administrator)

The Account Overview page for account administrators has three tabs:

 

Company Account, where you can edit account information.

Apps, where you can manage trials of, and subscriptions to, Altova apps and start the app you want to use

Users, where you can manage the users of the account.

 

On the Account Overview page for account administrators, you can do the following:

 

Navigate back to the Select an Account page

Log out of the Altova Cloud Portal

 

 

Account Overview page (Account Member)

The Account Overview page for account members displays the apps to which you have been granted access. On the Account Overview page for account members, you can do the following:

 

Start the app you want to use

Navigate back to the Select an Account page
